About Tim

My name is Tim. Tested By Tim exists because I got tired of repeating conclusions that sounded good on paper but hadn’t survived real life.

Everything here starts with experience. I began overweight, medicated, drinking, and with blood work that reflected it. Over time, through nutrition, training, temporary GLP-1 use, and carefully cycled optimization tools, that trajectory changed. The weight came off. The medications and alcohol stopped. The results held after the tools were removed.

What came out of that process wasn’t a single protocol. It was a way of thinking. Modern tools used deliberately, temporarily, and with an exit planned from the start. The goal was never dependency. It was to restore function and step away once the body no longer needed support.

That thinking is guided by data, not intuition alone. When I work with people, it means looking at a broad set of inputs, labs, history, habits, and physiological signals, rather than chasing weight or symptoms in isolation.

This same framework applies to people starting from poor health and to those who reached a goal weight with GLP-1s and now need a stable maintenance and exit path. Reaching the goal is rarely the hard part. Holding it without escalation or rebound is.
